I think this is one of the two units they use to work the TRAX line up as far as 2100 st. That run is late at night though, starting around midnight after the last TRAX streetcar is off the line. I forget the details, but I think they top and tail that job with two locomotives. The whole area is supposed to be a quiet zone with no horns, but you hear them blowing their horns anyway.
