That is a pretty train. Hard to deduce from this angle but last car looks like it might have a driver's position for return travel: driving trailer, driving coach, would that be what such a car is called?

It does have a cab, as you can see for example on picture 444833. They are the same appart from the color. It can be called either "Cab Car" or "Driving Trailer".
I really do like the Railjets, they look nice, they are comfortable and like every Taurus locomotive, they kind of play music when they start!
