What we see here is a rare example of excellent German engineering. Its not a K&M V200 but 3 of total produced 4, Krauss-Maffei ML 2200 C'C'. See at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krauss-Maffei_ML_2200_C%27C%27

This is not V200, It's V300 type with 6 axle's

Probably not much of a chance those locomotives will be saved and/or restored, but let's hope somebody comes to their rescue!
