Excellent capture! Is 1993 when they were stripped of their 2x-567 and replaced by 1x-645? With the "re-engineered" version, I wonder if it is still A1A wheel arrangement or did they power the middle axle now too.

Yep, that's when the single 16-645 came on board, and yes it's still A-1-A/A-1-A
