Wow, what a unique locomotive. Georg do you know if it's been restored to operate, (after 16 years I would think so), or was it just cosmetic? I'd be interested in seeing this little loco in operation. You really lucked out on the lighting too, great photo and interesting subject, glad you posted this one. Thank you for sharing it with us.

The little locomotive is operational and made demonstration runs of about 150 meters. But there is no possibility to go out on a line because of several technical and administrative hurdles. The velocity is only 15 km/h in adhesion and 8 km/h on a cogwheel section.
