I am new to this and really don't know the details of PRB coal. When you call this a "Boardman coal train" are ytou refering to the powerplant in Boardman, OR.?

There is indeed a coal fired power plant in Boardman, Oregon. In years past, I only saw UP trains there, but today, you will see just about anything.
