Interesting and nice photo, Dustin. I, for one, would like to know more about the reasons for this. Just curious.

Cool, heritage cabooses! I hope they do one in the Southern Railway scheme!

It's a "Heritage" crummy.

Very nice! I wish more railroads would do this to their cabooses that are still in service. It is another carrier of their corporate image, or as in this case, their corporate history. BNSF has an old Santa Fe caboose in the Phoenix area that's been tagged with graffiti and heavily vandalized and looks absolutely horrible. Of course BNSF is not alone in having this problem. NS should spray this beauty down with WD-40 every other week to keep graffiti from sticking to it.

Two questions, is that a 'stay' to hold up the chimney, or is it to lower it for low bridges? Secondly, does the Bay Window have any passing problems if it meets another coming in the opposite direction, how much space is there between windows?

NS should spray the graffiti criminals down with WD-40 every day of the week to keep graffiti from sticking to it.
