Can anyone tell me WHY Amtrak even has this "thing" in their inventory? The Talgo Cabcar is one UGLY something unmentionable, and that "diarrhea brown" stripe along the "toilet paper" white train sure doesn't boost the look either. Why do they even have this equipment?
