Great shot! The steamer in the background is an H6 2-6-6-2, the mainstay of mine run service. This particular engine is Baldwin 1949, both C&O and Baldwin's last new domestic steam locomotive. Two of the class survive - the 1308 (Huntington, WV) and 1309 (Baltimore, MD). The 7087 is in the original "low wave" scheme and the sister has been repainted in the "sans serif" scheme. Interesting no B-unit!
