I notice the GP 40 2L (lighter frames) on the side of the 1200. This unit was in the CN 9633-9667 group. These units are not the "2L" as they have regular frames, not the "2L" group(s) 9400-9632. This can be seen in the square sand hatches that only came with the 9633-9667 and the jacking pads are a dead give away as they are different than the 1100. The "2L" units were a bit higher (inches) and the different height in the jacking pads are quite apparent in this shot. Also, the "2L" units all have round sand hatches. The 1200 unit (when CN) was assigned the Montreal-Portland Maine 394-393 freights as were all the 4th purchase by the CN; their 9633-9667 units.
