Looks like one of the former Canadian Pacific F units that was in commuter service in Montreal.

Wow.... saw this unit in use for years in Montreal in commuter service. Glad it found a home, I hope it gets cleaned up and used.

Just a small correction to Joshua and the location of this unit. The locomotive is actually on the site of the George Silcott Rail Restoration and Salvage Company. It is located on an access track off the Norfolk Southern Sandusky District main right next to the Ohio Railway Museum in Worthington, Ohio in the North suburb of Columbus. The location of the Silcott Company makes it necessary that in order for the ORM to move any equipment in and out of the museum by rail via NS, they have to move the equipment through the George Silcott facility to get to the NS mainline. It's a shame about the ORM, they have a Norfolk & Western Steam engine rotting on the property (N&W #578) that was outfitted with a tender from a 2-6-6-4 articulated when it was used in passenger service to cut down on water stops.

This locomotive is not owned by the Ohio Railway Museum, but it is in fact undergoing restoration by Silcott Railway Equipment Ltd. Zach Saulig Shop Foreman Ohio Railway Museum
