One of the greatest accomplishments of TVRM has been their "makeover" of this engine from the hideous thing outshopped for the Army.

yes indeed! A friend of mine has some good shots of 610 in the late 60s and some sister units, they were not appealing to the eyes at all. The cabs looked small and horrible just to mention one item.
