Remember when we laughed at the so-called 'Barneys' (P40DC's) of Amtrak; how about the many unkind words used in describing Santa Fe's CF7's; the utter disgust at CSX's rebuilt SD40's? After seeing this 'unit,' the aforementioned engines are pin-up darlings compared to this. I'll keep it nice....

In the story line of Disney's Cars & Planes movies, if Disney were to make a Trains version continuing along with the similar theme, it would look something like this. And to quote a fellow employee I work with who has seen these things, he said "it looks cartoonish!" INDEED!

I suppose the best thing kindest thing to say is that for once function has actually topped form! Now were did I put those screen wipes... Pity as there is no need for a Talgo design to look this hideous.

It seems the engineer ducked down below window level to leave no traces.

On a positive note. It might inspire a Trains movie. Maybe.

Yikes! Hopefully whoever designed this (thing) is not allowed to design any more trains!
