Sidelined by mechanical difficulties or because they are preparing them for disposition (i.e., upon the arrival of the GEs)?

We were not 100% sure but recently found out 2 were sidelined for routine work, will be back in service for now. 107 is out for the count though and the CITX motors are all side lined for the foreseeable future.
