Nice catch. These empties have come all the way from Prince Rupert, British Columbia. The train originates on CN and travels to Edmonton where it is interchanged to CP. It then travels south to the BNSF at Sweetgrass, MT and then heads to the Powder River Basin. Part of the agreement has CN/CP/BNSF power on these trains. The CP 8850 is likely leased to BNSF, and the BCOL unit obviously belonging to CN.
