Wow! From the many weed-infested mainlines photos of Conrail featured on this site from just a few years prior, to this wonderful view of Conrail’s impressive turn-around, featuring pending maintenace to an already high-quality physical plant, and a lucrative train stretching back as far as the eye can see, this shot depicts a railroad success story like few others.
