Posted by Paul OShell on July 4, 2022  The operator of this unit has mastered the balance between the heavy snowfall, and the machines horsepower, tractive effort, wheel slip, and plow & wing load, to maximize the snow clearing capability of this KSF940 snow fighter. The front plow with upper snow curls in the V-plow position is working in conjunction with the snow wings just as intended to clear the gauge and field sides of this track in a single pass. CN 626-05 Knox Kershaw KSF940, s/n 940-103-11 was built in 2011 and put into service on CN at Fond du Lac, WI the 1st week of February 2011.
