No you could see where the spine cars has derailed farther up the track and were dragged some distance before hitting the center beam car. You can see the drag marks in the ballast on the other photo.

There is a truck trailer unit (to the right of the yellow center beam rail car) that is off the tracks as well

The center beams are only top heavy when loaded. Taking too much off from one side will cause them to tip over if the loaded sides are out of balance. The car leaning doesn't have a truck or bogie under it and it looks like it might tip over.
