Your train is R356 (formerly ALLY, Allegheny). Incredibly enough, I shot the same train just minutes before, at 09:40, at Manila, just 1-1/4 miles west of your location. When I have a chance, I'll submit it, but, frankly, it can't hold a candle to this beautiful photo. Will let you know if it's accepted.
