This must be for overseas metallurgical coal since there won't be anymore coal plants being built in the U.S.A.

If I didn't know the area, I'd probably question why West Virginia wanted me to drive the rail line to follow West 83 (?) and miss the turn a few feet away. That's an interesting set up Chase, funny placement of framing the route sign where you did, was that on purpose?
