There's a video on youtube of this happening as well; so it has happened at least twice, if not more.

I didn't know the Disneyland tram ran on that part of the freeway. Nice catch.

Pretty sure the YouTube footage would be the Sunset Limited 10 or 15 years back. It used to go this way sometimes. I'm not aware of the Southwest Chief ever coming this way.
