Was that catenary already out of service, or was it taken down in that location to allow for the crane clearance?

I believe the Washington catenary was shutdown by 1972. I know it was out of service prior to the Montana catenary service which ended in June 1974. The Milwaukee being poor did not remove poles, but the copper wire was salvaged.

Looks like the Cat is still in, look above the UP engine, looks like it was pulled out of the way for the crane to do it's work.
