Not bad but not as nice as a British LNER A4 locomotive! :-) It could do with a little attention to check the rust visible around the skirting. Did it run in that 'attractive' livery?

That passenger car looking object behind the locomotive is the tender which is stream lined as well. I'd like to see this puppy restored and running so bad.

The tender is there right behind the locomotive. And I would take the rust (attractive) paint scheme over the way they have taken care of GG1 4876. It will never be a museum piece again.

Growing up in Baltimore and going to the museum for years, I am glad to see that they at least brought this and a few other gems inside to get them out of the elements. They've been inside for a few years now, and given the quality of the restoration shop, I'd say some day (fingers crossed) she'll get her turn.
