It is a steel wheel runthrough to CSX. Believe it goes to Northwest Ohio Terminal (aka North Baltimore, OH) where everything gets sorted into outbound blocks by the 8 track container cranes. There could be some through blocking too. From what I've seen it was mostly international business, but Schneider has recently started using this train to connect into their Marion, OH facility.
