What is the meaning of the reference to "Man O' War"?

Man o' War was the Central of Georgia streamlined passenger train placed in service between Atlanta and Columbus after WWII. I believe it lasted until late 1960s.

The Man O' War was a streamlined CofG passenger train (double daily, each way) between Atlanta and Columbus. Superelevation was typical then for any line that had higher speed passenger service.

What is/was the story regarding the wreck, and was the "upside-down hopper on top of the bank" a part of the same wreck and if so how did it get up there, so many snips of information but no story...
