Has anyone commented on how much time it must have taken the UP guys to assemble the track! It must have taken hours just to set the sleepers down (sleepers = ties !)

David, the engine is sitting on secction track (pre-made) and is rolled forward. Each time the engine moves onto another section track they remove the section that it was on and place that section in front of the engine so that it can be rolled on across the parking lot- one section at a time.
