Sad development. Nothing beats seeing the huge "New Yorker" sign on the New Yorker Hotel as you arrive in the city. The experience will be missed.

Sadly know as "progress" But in some cases we could well do without it! I'm a little confused about the the towers being built. Are they going in the space between the other buildings above and to the left of the railway, or actually being built 'over the railway? Its a shame when we loose these views that we've grown so used to over the years. We expect them to be there forever! One for People's Choice.
