Hello friends ... no it is not a hole caused by a firearm ... Unfortunatelly, some railroads in Brazil are surrounded by thugs, who sometimes throw stones at the trains, in order to vandalize the equipment.

It's a stone hole, somebody threw a stone of ballast on the train.
