I was in Christchurch in the seventies and remember seeing an old preserved electric. I would almost say at practically this same spot. I liked the tri-Bo's looks but never could determine how they went around curves. I must get back. Thanks for sharing the excellent images.

Sid, the middle bogie is on a floating mount that allows it to move side to side laterally to allow the tri-bo to maneuver around curves.
