Coal train? Looks like grain hoppers to me. Were these grain cars just tacked on to the front of a unit coal, or are they running grain trains on the windy sub now, & since when?

Cameron, You are right, it’s a unit grain train, and I’ll correct the caption. I guess I’m so used to seeing coal trains on this line… Also, it is the first grain train that I have ever seen on the Windermere Subdivision!

I recently saw a unit potash go north near Fairmont Hot Springs this past summer. I would love to know if they plan to route more traffic along this line.
