Why the blue foot boards, you ask? Good question - it's left over wood paint from R&N #425! Consider it a base coat with a coat of black paint to cover it up in the near future. Boiler sheet wrapping also expected to be installed now that the engine has been successfully tested and ran. Congratulations to the crew of Project 113!

Mitch, this is a great railfan trip picture. Reminds me of the last run on the Claremont and Concord with a gondla car full of fans siting on a wooden bench pulled by a 70 tonner with a funky horn. The grand lady with the torch looks great on any rolling stock.
