If I'm placing this location correctly in my mind... that warehouse on the opposite side of 401 wasn't there last year. Shame, it seems to have taken the place of what was a good shot of the train returning to the museum from downtown (see photo ID # 404334).

@Peyton- The train is heading back west towards the Nelson Crossing station. I think the warehouse has been around for awhile.
