Who is that new owner, and where is it going?

I was told that it was going to Washington, but I haven't been able to confirm it yet. I was also told that CSX was scheduled to pick it up last week, but there haven't been any signs of that yet.

Update: It's now been picked up by the CSX and is at Barr Yard. It's heading to a rebuild company in Washington, but it's unknown as to what's going to happen to the unit.
