My grandfather's brand was on the wall of the Cattleman's for years... /J the slash J. I don't know how Burt Holbrook came by that brand, but he raised a lot of cattle in Metropolis, Nevada, just outside of Wells. I used to enjoy going out to the ranch...just to see the trains in town.
