Are you standing on a ladder, Carl, or is there a bridge in this vicinity they haven't ruined for photography with the high chain link fences they feel possessed to put up everywhere? (Like the bridge in the background, for example.)

Still no obtrusive fencing on this bridge. It also has a wide sidewalks on both sides of the road.
