This is a historically important photograph. Great that it was rescued and the railfan's wife is to be thanked. She saw some importance in the slides. She was more right than she knew.

Interesting to note that the GG-1 is missing the "L" and the steamer is blocking the lettering on the diesel - so both say "Pennsy". ;-) Great luck that this slide was found & saved
