When I was a senior in High School. I drove a 1948 Willis Overland "Jeepster" convertible which was also designed by Brooks Stevens. I wonder if any of Mr. Stevens other automobile or commercial products were included in the exhibit. My " Jeepster" served me through four more years of College, and I would love to have another one. Mr. Stevens also designed the round thermostat which was to be found in homes across America.

Bill, i exaggerate only a bit if I say that almost everything Brooks Stevens designed was on display. Don't know about your particular car, but there were cars on display. Also outboard motors, household appliances, and even the "Miller High Life" beer logo. The museum also published a book called "Industrial Strength Design," with the subtitle "How Brooks Stevens Shaped Your World." Maybe you can find it if you're interested in delving into his work further.
