A person just has to smile when they see a great caboose photo. I am curious about the white object that is just above the steps. Is it a tank of some sort?

I live in Layton, and often take long bike rides, which take me through a portion of the Freeport Center in Clearfield. There is one of these CA-11 caboose's that seems to permanently reside at the yard located in the Freeport Center. The local crew, who I assume is based out of Ogden, arrives at the yard with their cars, and in all the switching they do around Freeport, they drag their caboose with them on the rear of the train...it's kind of cool to watch, especially when they occasionally drag 20 cars, or-so around with them between all the buildings!

Jdayrail: yes, the white tank is a propane tank used to heat the cab.
