Where did this Amtrak train run to and from? Interesting seeing a P30CH out this way.

I think it was a Parkersburg, WV-Washington, DC train. At the time the P30CHs were regulars on this train.

Nice photo. While not particularly photogenic, the P30CHs always bring interest to a shot.
