I would be excited to enroll in a mechanical training class especially with hands on training on big motive power like on an SD40. Wonder if class one railways would be looking to recruit and interview you right outta that college.

Very interesting. What happened after the massive loco was placed on the roadway? I assume that it couldn't be left there.

The locomotive was moved by way of track panels down the road and the college was 6/10 of a mile down.

Looks like a pretty good size crowd gathered on the other side of that crossing to watch the event. I would have enjoyed seeing that as well!
