Interesting picture! However, it can't have been taken in May 1996 as 8068 was repainted in Gulf & Ohio's red livery in 1987 and moved to the Atlantic & Gulf Railroad a short time later. railpictures.net ID 25131 shows it in red in Albany, GA, in 1990. Hence, I think this picture is from 1986 instead of 1996.
