I can't believe how dirty the current owner of the A & M allows the engines to be! Tony would have NEVER allowed this. They were always kept shinning, and the bells polished back then. I saw the Monett turn in Monett, MO last Friday 7/5 and couldn't believe it. This was the first time in a long time I saw the A & M and the engines were filthy. Sad

The A&M is not going too replace there ALCO locomotives anytime soon guy's that's pure crap.

Steve, I suggest you get to reading the news. The Alco fleet is slated to be reduced by half.

You only keep clean what you love and have pride in. If it's in this kind of shape (never CLEAN) then you are just asking the ALCo Gods to take it away and to scrap it.
