Beautiful scene atop the Mountain Divide about 15 miles west of Helena. We spent our Honeymoon on 6/18/1957 over the mountain to the east at Frontier Town, an attraction built by John Quigley back then. At the time I didn't realize how close we were to the railroad. During the 1990s we visited the area many times for photography of MRL. - Doug Nuckles

Wow, what a vista. Never knew you could watch the train crawling out of Austin and Weed from here. I would love to see some long glass views of that from this vantage point.
