Was the leading locomotive brought in to tow the train? Is the red-faced one disabled? It looks funny having such a short train with two locos.

The second engine is likely moved to another location, so it is just along for the ride and not under its own power. Standard practice.

The first locomotive remains in a train station (Pascani) and the second leads to the final station (Iasi).
