Two-diesel shunting locomotive of TEM14. The power effective locomotive is intended for shunting, shunting and export, hump work at stations and easy main work on the railroads of a track of 1520 mm in areas with a temperate climate. The partner of the project — the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The prototype is created on July 4, 2011. Mass production since 2012.
