The genset makes this scene that much more interesting. Thanks for sharing such a unique perspective! It's worthy of selecting the 'tunnels' category during upload! ;)

Nice - and finally an orange engine with a reason, lol. This reminds me of a foreign image that had circulated the Web some time ago. Amazing no other shot exists in the database - yet. You timed the conditions well.

Hard to believe that trains can actually run on that track. Nice shot and thanks for posting the picture.

Great shot, Michael ... captures the softer edges of railroading, nicely done.

Neato! Love the "Tunnel" effect trees tend to make when they sweep across the tracks like this. It's pretty like this before the herbicide sprayer comes.

Mike, somehow I missed this the first time around and glad I got a fresh chance to view it. Nice composition with the tree tunnel, use of color, and the contrast between the tired looking ROW with the new genset loco. Great!

Funny that these don't even appear to be cedar trees (regardless of the place they're north of).

Track looks a little wobbly. What's track speed thru here, around 15 or 20 mph ? Nice Tunnel effect

Speed limit on the Brookville Sub is 10MPH. Great shot Mike! I recently chased the Brookville Job with 2002 also, hope to get some pics posted soon. The Brookville Sub is a neat line.
