Hands down , the best action photograph of a MKT Pacific !!! This EXTRAORDINARY photograph speaks of the stories told to me by my 92 year old friend from Austin , Leo B. Davis, of the "ear-splitting " sound these locomotives made climbing Austin Hill with passenger trains southbound just as Bruce's image here so perfectly portrays.
