The locomotive looks very pretty but I've just been listening to the problems that the Argentine Navy have been encountering. Evidently venture capitalists have purchased Argentine debt and are repossessing their ships whenever they enter a foreign port.
So my big question is: were these locos bought for the quality, or for the credit terms?
