Jim, it was worth the time and trouble, for sure. This is one of the best I've seen here. I would think CSX would've wanted this for some type of corporate shot. Beautiful photo !

PCA vote, beautiful photograph.

That's how it's done right there...very nice, Jim!

Nice shot Jim. If you'd like, I can check with the crew to see if they would be interested in a copy. (Or does this now belong to RP.net?)

Look at you!!!! Gorgeous shot.

Terrific photograph Jim. Glad you're OK as things could have turned for the worse for you in those circumstances, especially if it was deeper.

Jim now I know someone who "fell into the Kalamazoo River", something we all dreaded as a kid growing up in a small town upstream in the '60s. I like the dark future scheme on those 40's much better than the grey. Well done.

Beautiful clean crisp winter scene indeed, great composure under the situation and even better results. Now, if we could hear the "audio" at the time you were in water and the sounds of the train coming with a snowy camera ;). Worth the SC Jim!

Wow, stunning photo. Next time leave your camera on shore when you decide to go swimming! ;-)

I don't often find myself willing to stand in long lines but here is a case where it was surely worth doing so to add my own personal congratulations on a superbly executed photograph! Another obvious PC made possible through the scenic wonderland we know so well as Michigan!

Don't mind following Mitch! I agree, you made a nice recovery from the "camera in the snow" trick. Done that myself and certainly didn't recover as well.

A true, winter scene, Jim! This one belongs in a McMillan calendar! Definitely one of the best winter scenes of the season. My vote for a PCA.
