Posted by jdayrail on February 17, 2013  It is very sad to see this. The C&O, then Chessie had tracks through my town of Winchester, KY up until CSX abandoned the 100 miles stretch in the 1980s. What a beautiful railroad, from their ROW to their paint schemes.
